He was admitted to practice in Ohio in November 1992. Mr. Nobile is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Ohio; all U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Ohio; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Nobile has also been admitted pro hac vice to represent clients in Federal courts of other jurisdictions including the Southern District of New York.
Mr. Nobile received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in 1988 and his law degree from Capital University in 1992. From 1992-1993, he served as Law Clerk to Honorable Barbara J. Sellers, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge in Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Nobile is a Past President and former Board of Trustee Member of the Credit Education Coalition, where he was a frequent lecturer and presenter.
Mr. Nobile is currently handling claims of Ohio consumers in the areas of Residual Diminished Value, and consumer class action litigation. He is also taking claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act (“OCSPA”), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), the Truth in Lending Act (“TILA”), the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (“RESPA”), and many other state and federal consumer protection statues. Mr. Nobile has a deep background in U.S. Bankruptcy law and bankruptcy litigation, where over the past 30 years he has represented several thousand consumer and business clients.
